Nathan Muller
Experience matters...

As co-founder, Nathan Muller leverages the full spectrum of his 40 years of industry experience. He has published 30 books, including 6 technical encyclopedias, and articles for 75 publications worldwide.

Nathan is a speaker at industry trade shows and provides expert witness testimony for clients involved in FCC enforcement  and patent litigation. He was on the Editorial Board of the International Journal of Network Management and was a contributing analyst for Gartner for 15 years.

Nathan earned his MA from George Washington University in Washington, DC, and his BA from San Diego State University. He lives in Smethport, Pennsylvania.

Michael Cannon
Entrepreneurial drive...

 

As Managing Partner, Michael Cannon's technical sales and marketing experience spans 25 years. He shares the entrepreneurial drive of our small business clients, balanced with many years supporting Enterprise/Public Sector accounts.

Michael began his career in networking and telecom at Verizon.  After a decade in Business and Enterprise Markets, Michael was recruited by MCI, where he managed National Accounts and Network Development, Regulatory and Competitive Analysis programs. Prior to founding Ascent he was Espire's Director of Technical Solutions.

Michael is a graduate of the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business. He and his wife, Amy, live in Severn, Maryland with their three children.

Bryan Bussom
Steering the backoffice...

Bryan has responsibility for administration, research, web services and IT for the group.

Prior to Ascent Solutions managed executive metrics, budget, analysis, and the Intranet for his division at Espire. Bryan also worked at Aerotek and TEK Systems where he was a Manager in Operations Support. He also provided financial analysis and supported Fortune 500 clients.

Bryan is a graduate of Shepherd College and holds an MBA from the University of Maryland. He and his wife, Christine, live in York, PA with their three children.
